Aura Pave
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing aurapave.com, requesting an estimate, booking a service, or communicating with Aura Pave (“Aura Pave,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
A written estimate, work order, or service agreement may contain additional project-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Services
Aura Pave provides asphalt maintenance and restoration services, including sealcoating, crack sealing, asphalt patching, garage ramps and transitions, and related property assessments. Services may be available for residential and commercial properties across Quebec and Ontario, subject to scheduling, travel distance, weather, and property conditions.
3. Estimates, Quotes, Scope, and Taxes
Estimates may be provided online, by phone, by text message, through a sales representative, or after an in-person property assessment. An estimate is based on the information and visible conditions available at the time.
- Unless the quote states otherwise, quotes are valid for 14 days and remain subject to scheduling availability.
- Prices are before applicable taxes unless the written quote expressly states that taxes are included.
- The scope and final price will be confirmed before work begins.
- Hidden damage, inaccurate measurements, access restrictions, or conditions that materially differ from the information provided may require a revised scope or price.
- Additional work or a material change in price requires the customer’s approval before that additional work is completed, subject to applicable law.
Aura Pave may decline or recommend postponing a service when the asphalt, drainage, base, weather, or site conditions are unsuitable for the requested work.
4. Scheduling, Weather, and Access
Asphalt services are weather-sensitive. Dates and arrival windows are estimates and may change because of rain, temperature, surface moisture, high winds, unsafe conditions, crew availability, equipment issues, material availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and clear of vehicles, equipment, furniture, planters, garbage bins, and large debris before our scheduled arrival.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To help us complete the work safely and properly, customers agree to:
- Confirm that they own the property or are authorized to approve the requested work.
- Move all vehicles and personal items from the driveway or work area before the crew arrives.
- Keep pets, children, visitors, and foot traffic away from the work area during service and curing.
- Turn off sprinklers and avoid water contact with the asphalt before and after service.
- Tell Aura Pave about known sprinkler heads, drains, utility covers, invisible fencing, cables, fragile edges, or other concealed site features near the work area.
- Disclose recent oil, fuel, chemical, or other contamination that could affect adhesion or appearance.
- Follow all curing, drying, and aftercare instructions provided by Aura Pave.
6. Payment and Satisfaction Commitment
Unless another written agreement is made, payment of the final invoice, including applicable taxes, is due upon completion of the agreed service.
Our satisfaction commitment means the customer may review the completed work and promptly raise a concern about workmanship or the agreed scope. Aura Pave will inspect reasonable concerns and make reasonable efforts to address a valid deficiency.
This commitment applies to work performed by Aura Pave. It does not guarantee that old, stained, cracked, oxidized, uneven, or structurally damaged asphalt will look new, and it does not cover pre-existing damage, sub-base failure, drainage problems, normal variation in colour or texture, future wear, weather-related conditions, or damage caused after completion.
7. Asphalt Condition and Service Limitations
Sealcoating, crack sealing, patching, and garage ramp work are maintenance and restoration services. They are not substitutes for excavation, regrading, drainage correction, base reconstruction, or complete repaving when those services are required.
Existing cracks may remain visible or reopen because asphalt continues to move. Patches, repaired areas, and ramps may differ in colour, texture, or elevation from surrounding asphalt. Sealcoating improves appearance and surface protection but does not repair structural failure, eliminate every stain, or guarantee a specific service life.
8. Curing and Aftercare
Drying and curing times depend on temperature, humidity, shade, wind, product used, asphalt condition, and weather. Aura Pave may provide recommended wait times before walking, driving, turning vehicle tires, or placing items on the treated surface. The customer is responsible for following these instructions to avoid marks, tracking, tire scuffs, surface damage, or premature wear.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should notify Aura Pave as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Aura Pave may reschedule work because of weather, access issues, unsuitable surface conditions, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.
Any cancellation or cooling-off rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law remain in effect and are not limited by these Terms.
10. Agreements Made at the Property or Through Door-to-Door Sales
Some agreements entered into at a customer’s home or following in-person solicitation may be subject to mandatory written disclosures, cancellation periods, forms, permit requirements, or restrictions on when payment or work may begin.
Any statutory consumer rights apply regardless of these Terms. Where a mandatory waiting period applies, Aura Pave will not begin the service until the period has expired or the law otherwise permits the work to proceed.
11. SMS Communications
Aura Pave may use SMS text messages to send estimates, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service notifications to customers who have provided consent or requested contact.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Pave is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, reasonable delays or rescheduling, weather conditions, pre-existing pavement or drainage issues, concealed site conditions, misuse of treated surfaces, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
14. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
15. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province where the service property is located and by applicable federal laws of Canada. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes do not retroactively replace the project-specific terms of a service already booked unless the parties agree or the law requires otherwise.
